Varibelt Synchro Polyurethane Sleeve (Bucket) Timing Belts
Varibelt® Synchro Polyurethane Sleeve (Bucket) Timing Belts are manufactured from abrasion-resistant thermoset polyurethane with a hardness of 85 Shore A, with a unique moulding process. Several types of cords, helically wound rolled up inside the belts, assure excellent dimensional stability and offer high performance in terms of flexibility and traction resistance. Its most important characteristics and advantages are having superior oil resistance, as well as a certain resistance to acids and alkaline solutions. They are truly endless belts.
Varibelt® Synchro Polyurethane Sleeve (Bucket) Timing Belts can be reinforced with tension cords made of steel and aramid suit a wide range of applications.
HTD 2M-3M-5M-8M, STD S2M-S3M-S5M- S8M, 3GT-5GT-8GT & 8YU profile moulds are also available.
